Initiate Your Return
Visit our dedicated returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original Cole Buxton™ packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are included to avoid rejection.
Ship the Items
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
